Your pass to the metaverse

Meet your pass to the metaverse

With the hopes of making the metaverse easy access for everyone, RECUR wanted to mint a collection of NFT passes that act as a token for users to engage with their favorite brands across movies, TV, and sports.
I worked alongside the only other product designer at the time to develop the underlying UI and UX that would serve as the core foundation for other brand's built in the RECUR ecosystem.

Building the framework of a web3 future

Though initial wireframes for the experience were shared with a select list of users for feedback, a bulk of the research for the project came from SWOT analyses of our main competitors. This helped us identify the essential pieces needed for the experience to deliver on the expectations of the crypto community.
An array of wireframe layouts.

Prototypes & Wireframes

Establishing system wireframes enabled us to use UI layouts that aligned with the engineering team's development expectations to meet goals set out in the larger product roadmap.
Creating this toolkit helps us expand and adapt the platform as new projects look to iterate and introduce new, specific features.

A clean and minimal design approach

The site experience is fluidly responsive rendering seamlessly across desktop and mobile devices. While crypto-natives were our main audience, we wanted to be sure to reach the widest audience possible. Enabling users to effortlessly pay for Passes and access funds in their Wallet was essential to the initial mint's success.

A platform worth building on

Although the marketplace floor price has dipped a bit since we first launched ($188 from $300 as of 05/04/22), our current roadmap includes UI updates and new features and offers that provide users more utility. As we expand the platform further, we hope to generate more secondary marketplace transactions, adding to the $7.53MM all-time traded volume.

Let's build something great.
